Problem
When a townhouse owner in Denver decided he wanted to move to South America for a change in scenery and lifestyle for a couple of years, he needed help in renting and maintaining his property here.
Solution
He called on MSC to discuss his plans and to get our thoughts. At first glance, it was a simple situation: he just wanted a reliable real estate management company that could rent his townhouse while he was away. But he also knew it needed some repairs and a bit of upgrading, too. MSC wrote out a detailed plan to handle all of it: We screened and secured dependable tenants, managed the property, collected rent, performed ongoing maintenance, and even worked hand-in-hand with the townhome’s home owners’ association on replacing the roof and the fencing around the property.
And when COVID delayed his return to the U.S., MSC stayed in close contact with him and the tenants to ensure a trouble-free tenant move out and homeowner move in without losing any rental income.
