Dan Seiffer is the President and Managing Broker for MSC. As an experienced real estate investor, he specializes in analyzing and structuring real estate investment deals, construction and remodeling project planning and cost/benefit analysis and all aspects of residential and commercial property management. Dan’s experience and focus on “The Business of Real Estate” will help ensure that your real estate investments and capital improvement projects will meet their goals.
RaNae Rodriguez

RaNae Rodriguez is the Supervising broker and mentor at MSC. A Colorado Native with superior knowledge of the Metro Area, neighborhoods, and ever-changing market; she has been a real estate Broker since 2002 and is involved in multiple facets of the Real Estate Industry. Her areas of expertise include working with investors on rental properties, multi-family, fix and flips as well as owner occupant purchases, sales, short sales and bank owned properties and management. RaNae also worked as an asset manager, overseeing a portfolio of over 500 assets. RaNae’s experience, superior negotiating skills and high customer service standards ensure that no detail is overlooked, the process is smooth and hassle free, and that all goals have been met. She will provide the experience, expertise, dedication and professionalism that is required to offer first class service and the commitment to find the perfect property to meet or exceed expectations.
Ken Clark

Ken Clark is a native to Colorado and has been a part of the MSC team as an Associate Broker since 2015. You can also catch Ken every weekday morning on Channel 2’s Day Break morning newscast. Dedicated to creating an open and honest environment, with a strong attention to detail, he is an expert communicator with a solid understanding of the Denver area, and ever-changing Real Estate Market.
