Being Appointed as a Conservator

Problem

When a judge appointed a Denver attorney to be the conservator for an estate that included five properties (two poorly run multi-family units, two single-family homes and a commercial building), all she knew for sure was that she needed help and plenty of it. After all, her business was law, not real estate.

Solution
